Narendra Modi's cleanliness drive: Watch Baba Ramdev in action

's call for cleanliness has got positive responses from some of the stalwarts like Anil Ambani, Anupam Kher, Kamal Haasan, Amir Khan and more. However, the one name that was associated with him and his party throughout the pre-Lok Sabha election phase was not to be seen anywhere, despite being invited to participate in the campaign by the PM himself.

Baba Ram Dev has finally plunged into action, weeks after the actual drive started. He is quoted to have been saying,"Will begin cleanliness drive from Kankhal till Har Ki Pauri,around 1000 volunteers will be participating in this. Every week I will dedicate 2hours to the clealiness drive,all our supporters/volunteers/workers will do the same."

He further added,"I will turn Haridwar and Rishikesh into model places,entire country will take inspiration from it." "Hum teen chezo pe kam karenge-Shikshit, Swachh aur Swasth Bharat (We will work on a clean, literate and healthy India)."

The nine people who had been invited by the PM to join the drive include Anil Ambani, Mridula Sinha (Goa Governor), Sachin Tendulkar, Priyanka Chopra, Salman Khan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Vakani (famous TV star of 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' fame).
