Nagaland Board HSLC & HSSLC 2024 Results Announced: Check NBSE Toppers & Pass Percentage

Girls has outperformed boys in both the Class 10 and Class 12 exams conducted by the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE). The results were announced on Friday.

In the Class 10 or High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exam, out of 22,136 candidates, 15,588 passed, marking a 71.87% pass rate, a 1.55% increase from last year, NBSE chairperson Asano Sekhose announced. Girls had a pass percentage of 51.92%, while boys had 49.79%.

Mhachilo Yanthan of Christian Higher Secondary School (HSS) in Dimapur topped the HSLC exam with 593 out of 600 marks, followed by Ketsino Jane Frances of St. Paul School in Phesama, Kohima with 592 marks, and Pabitra Deb of Holy Cross HSS, Dimapur, and Amina Begum of MGM HSS, Dimapur, both scoring 591 marks, securing the third position.

In the Class 12 or Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) exam, the pass percentage was 83.16% in the Arts stream, 87.67% in the Commerce stream, and 80.88% in the Science stream.

Keletsole Mekro of Dainty Buds in Kohima topped the Arts stream with 487 out of 500 marks, Satyam Kumar Jaiswal of Holy Cross HSS, Dimapur topped the Commerce stream with 492 marks, and Narola Imsong of Queen Mary HSS, Mokokchung, topped the Science stream with 481 marks. Girls outperformed boys in all three streams of the HSSLC exams.

Sekhose also announced that the HSLC and HSSLC compartmental exams and improvement of performance exams would be conducted in June.

• Visit the official website of NBSE at nbsenl.edu.in.
• Click on the Nagaland Board Result 2024 for HSLC or HSSLC link on the home page.
• Enter your login details and click on submit.
• Your result will be displayed on the screen.
• Check the result and download the page.
• Keep a hard copy of the same for further reference.
