My first and last party is BJP: Shatrughan Sinha
Patna, Feb 18: Actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha on Thursday said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is his first and last party.
Sinha said this in a tweet, which has come a day after Mangal Pandey, the president of BJP's Bihar unit, asked him to resign from parliament as well as the party for supporting arrested Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student leader Kanhaiya Kumar.

"I also assure every one that BJP is my first and last party," Sinha tweeted.
He further said: "I am proud of being an Indian. I love and deeply respect motherland, I have tremendous faith in our constitution."
Shatrughan Sinha, the Lok Sabha member from Patna Saheb, earlier said Kanhaiya Kumar was "wrongly arrested" and he had not raised anti-national slogans.
