Taslima Nasreen scripted Bengali TV serial 'indefinitely deferred'

According to reports, producers of the TV serial- Dusahobas meaning "unbearable cohabitation"- have decided not to broadcast it as the Muslim groups claim that it will 'hurt the religious sentiments'.
As many as 22 Muslim organisations had opposed the telecast of the serial Dusahobas, which is reportedly based on 'women rights'.
However, the producers of the show maintains that the serial is based on women's empowerment and had nothing to do with any religion or community whatsoever".
The serial was scheduled to go on air on Thursday at 10 pm on "Aakash Aath" channel.
"The serial is based on women empowerment", according to serial producers.
The show's producers have mentioned at their Facebook page dedicated to the serial that "the telecast of 'Dusahobas' is set to get deferred indefinitely due to reasons beyond our control".
