The senior actress, who has worked in several blockbusters, filed a complaint against one Amar Khanna at the Juhu Police Station recently. The actress accused the man of molesting and threatening her for a few months now. She accused that the man threatened to kill her and her children.
Based on the complaint lodged by the actress, police have registered a case on January 27 under sections 354 D (stalking) 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement) of the Indian Penal Code.
