Mumbai University produced more billionaires than MIT, New York University

The University of Mumbai also happens to be the only Indian varsity to feature in the list and is amongst the top 10 varsities from across the world.
Wealth-X, in association with UBS, has released Billionaires census 2014 that shows India's University of Mumbai has produced more billionaires than several reputed varsities in the USA and UK.
The Maharashtra-based university features at the ninth place, in the list of top 20 varsities all over the world, and has produced 12 billionaires. University of Pennsylvania tops the table by producing 25 billionaires followed by Harward which gave 22 billionaires. The census also reveals that
An interesting data revealed by this census shows that 35% of the 2,325 billionaires in the world have not obtained a tertiary-level degree. The study also suggests that higher education is not a precondition to becoming a billionaire.
