Mumbai: Public toilet collapses in Bhandup, 2 dead
Two dead after a large portion of a public toilet collapsed on Saturday morning in Mumbai's Bhandup area. The NDRF and the fire brigade are carrying out rescue and search operations.

This mishap occurred at around 6 am. The public toilets structure on the Tank Road collapsed in Patilwadi area. The collapse created a big pit on the spot.
The fire brigade and the police were immediately called on the spot after two women and two men were trapped under the debris.
The fire brigade has recovered two bodies from the location so far. The deceased include a woman and a man, and they are identified as Nagubai and Babu Lal.
Search is on for two others still trapped in the debris. Meanwhile, a team of municipal Disaster Management Department also reached the spot.
