Mufti Mohammad Sayeed condemns attack on Sudheendra Kulkarni
Srinagar, Oct 13: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Tuesday condemned the paint smearing attack on ORF chairman Sudheendra Kulkarni, saying politics of hate has no place in a country like India.
"Politics of hate has no place in a country like India. Those who think they can resort to political hooliganism and get away with it are living in a fool's paradise," Sayeed said here.

Terming the attack on Kulkarni as unfortunate, Sayeed said the hawkish attitude of certain fringe elements cannot be allowed to shrink the space for freedom of expression.
On Monday, Shiv Sena activists smeared black paint on the face of Kulkarni, who is the chairman of think tank Observer Research Foundation, for organising former Pakistan foreign minister Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri's book launch in Mumbai.
