Madhya Pradesh: Class 11 student on way to exam hall beheaded in broad daylight

The incident happened at around 12:30 pm when the student was about to enter the exam hall and an unidentified man attacked her.

No one but only one teacher saw a man rushing towards the girl from behind and striking her thrice with a sword. The man then dropped the sword and ran away. The school is a little out of town and there weren't too many people around.

Meanwhile, the victim's family alleged a man named Dilip Sahu to be her killer.

Earlier in 2014, the victim had filed a complaint of eve-teasing against Dilip and a criminal investigation was done on the matter.

The investigation is underway in the matter. However, this incident in broad daylight has left the town horrified and afraid.
