MP: BJP leader booked for cow slaughter, party expels him
Bhopal, Jan 28: In a shocking incident, a BJP leader and his four relatives were allegedly held for slaughtering a cow at his home.
The incident reportedly took place in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday.

Investigating officer Vijay Sisodia told the daily that Anwar and nine others, including his eight relatives, were booked under the anti-cow slaughter law and relevant sections of the IPC and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals law."
While Sisodia said that the meat seized from Anwar's home was cow meat , the accused has been saying that it was not cow meat.
After the incident a bandh call was given by the right-wing activists gave a bandh call and have also demanded action against Anwar.
