Monsoon session of Himachal assembly from on August 22

Shimla, Aug 2: The six-day-long monsoon session of Himachal Pradesh assembly will commence here on August 22.

A notification to this effect was issued by Governor Acharya Devvrat on Monday.

The session would have five sittings, including a private member's Day .

The assembly will meet on Sunday also as no session will be held on August 25 on account of Janmashtami.
