Modi speaks at ISC program, CM Siddaramaiah sleeps!
Mysuru, Jan 3: The Chief Minister Siddaramaiah found sleeping while the Prime Minister Narendra Modi was delivering a speech at Mysuru University.
The PM was addressing the gathering assembled to witness 103rd edition of Indian Science Congress. As PM was speaking at the venue, Siddaramaiah was seen sleeping on his chair.

The CM was sharing the stage with many eminent scientists along with the PM of India.
It could be recalled that CM was found sleeping in couple of occasions, one being at the Vidhana Sowdha during sessions. Siddaramaiah's attitude of sleeping at big moments has also drawn flak from many quarters.
