Modi's 'Mama' comment draws ire, Cong files complaint
Earlier it was the "Khooni Panja" comment that drew the ire of the opposition where Modi said that Congress should not be allowed to enter the region as their bloodied claws (khooni panja) would destroy everything.
During his speech in Bemetara on November 14, Modi said: "want to ask shehzada that you keep on saying we gave so much money, I want to know if he got the money from his Mama's house. Did you give the money by taking it from your Mama's house?. This is the people's money."
After analysing the speech, the Congress unit has filed a complaint against him to the Election Commission. The party wrote a formal letter to the EC regarding the same. The BJP had sought more time on November 16 to give their reply against the "Khooni Panja" comment and were granted 4 more days by the Election Commission.
