Mizoram Congress Candidate List 2023: List Of 39 INC Candidates Released

The Congress party has released a list of 39 candidates ahead of Mizoram assembly elections 2023.

Among these candidates is Mizoram Congress chief Lalsawta, who has been nominated as the party's representative for the Aizawl West-III constituency. This announcement coincides with the visit of party leader Rahul Gandhi, who has arrived in the state for a two-day campaign in support of the party's candidates.

Lalrindika Ralte will contest from Hachhek (ST), Lalhmingthanga Sailo from Dampa (ST) and Lalrinmawia from Aizawl North-II. Elections to the 40-member Mizoram assembly will be held in a single phase on November 7 and counting of votes will take place on December 3.
