Minor raped by her relative in Uttar Pradesh

Banda, Aug 25 : A minor girl was allegedly raped by her relative in Lalauli town, police said today.

The accused raped his minor niece and on the directives of Superintendent of Police an FIR was lodged yesterday, it said.

Police said that medical examination of the girl was conducted, but the report was yet to be received.

The accused was absconding and efforts were being made to arrest him, it said.
