Ministry of Education Opens Hiring For Samagra Shiksha: Check Attractive Salaries And New Application Deadline
The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with EdCIL, has announced an open call for online applications from eligible candidates for several key positions within the TSG - Samagra Shiksha Project. These positions include Chief Consultant (two positions), Senior Consultant (four positions), and Consultant (12 positions), all on a contractual basis.
Application Process
Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to visit the official website of the Ministry of Education to obtain detailed information and submit their applications. The deadline for online application submissions has been extended to August 6 from the previous deadline of July 30.

Chief Consultants
The Chief Consultant positions offer a salary range of Rs 1,20,000 to Rs 1,50,000 per month. Applicants must be under the age of 45 and possess a master's degree in social sciences, education, linguistic studies, or an MBA. For roles related to NCF, Multilingualism, and Textbook, candidates must have achieved at least 60 per cent in their master's degree from a recognized university.
For positions focused on NDEAR and VSK, candidates with a master's degree or MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology, and who have achieved at least 60 per cent in their degree, are eligible to apply.
Senior Consultants
There are four vacancies for the Senior Consultant role, with a salary ranging from Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 1,20,000 per month. Eligible candidates should hold a master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or BTech (Civil) with an MBA or a 2-year PG Diploma in Management, and have achieved at least 60% from a recognized university.
Candidates with a master's degree in social sciences, education, or social work, and who have scored at least 60 per cent, are also eligible.
Consultants
The Consultant positions, offering various remunerations, require candidates to hold a master's degree or MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology, with at least 60 per cent from a recognized university.
Additionally, those with a master's degree in social sciences, education, social work, BTech, MBA, or a two-year PG Diploma in Research Management with at least 60 per cent from a recognized university are also eligible.
