MHADA Lottery 2016: Result declared; here is how one can check winners list

Mumbai, Feb 25: Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) on Wednesday announced the result of much-awaited housing lottery that offers 4,275 flats to public.

Winner will be provided their dream homes in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) under Konkan Housing and Area Development Board.

One has to check his name on the official website of the Housing board as this time concerned department has not released the list.

Here is what one has to do to check whether they will get affordable homes under the scheme or not.

Step 1. Open the website https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/

Step 2. Fill your application number in the space and click it

Step 3. Check whether you name is in the winners or waiting list

MHADA will hand over flats of size 368 sq feet and 670 sq feet to lucky winner by April this year. The cost of the units under the scheme ranges between Rs 4.37 lakh and Rs 40.93 lakh.
