Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Down; Social Media Users Complain, React On X
Meta's social media platforms Instagram and Facebook were reportedly not working on Tuesday evening. According to photo-sharing application users, Instagram was first running slow, taking time to load new feeds, and then suddenly went blank as it stopped working.
At the same time, similar complaints were reported about video streaming site YouTube also. A big number of social media users took it to X, formerly known as Twitter, to raise concerns and complaints to the company.

Some users received a pop-up message to "Log in again as the session has expired". While some users reported "couldn't refresh feed" messages were displayed on Facebook and Instagram apps.
Outage tracking website Downdetector.com reported that photo-sharing applications Instagram and Facebook stopped working for more than 500,000 users.
Here's How Social media users reacted after Meta applications Instagram and Facebook stopped working:
"Facebook and Instagram users flocking to X to check if these websites are down," said a social media user after observing that the apps have stopped working.
