Meerut Shocker! 22-year-old woman gangraped by 4 men at gunpoint

Meerut, Jan 3: A 22-year-old woman was allegedly kidnapped and gangraped by 4 men at gunpoint in Daurala area of Meerut.

As per reports, the woman had gone to relieve herself in a nearby forest, where she was abducted by four men at gunpoint.

The four men abducted her at gunpoint and took her to a vacant house where they took turns to rape her, a police official was quoted as saying.

The woman was also threatened by the perpetrators as they told her not tell about the incident anyone or else they would kill her entire family.

The four men have been identified as Amit, Vikas, Balkar and Ankit.

Earlier also, a married woman was raped by a man at gun-point at Nagal Rai village in Muzaffarnagar.

The incident took place when the accused forced the 35-year-old victim to accompany him to the nearby garden where he raped her at gun-point, police said.

The victim opposed his attempts and shouted, attracting the attention of passersby, who rushed to the spot and nabbed the man.

The accused, identified as Rahees, has been arrested and a pistol and some cartridges recovered from his possession, police said.
