Mayawati to address rally in Jammu on Dec 7

Jammu, Nov 11: BSP chief Mayawati will hold a rally here on Dec 7 in support of the candidates of her party.

The BSP supremo will address the rally to woo voters, National General Secretary of the party and Rajya Sabha MP Narender Kashyap said today. Kashyap said BSP has "already emerged as a bigger force" in the state assembly elections and with the visit of the party supremo, total equations in Jammu and Kashmir politics will "change".

The party will emerge as a "centre point" in J&K politics after the elections, he claimed. The MP asked the party leaders to ensure that the rally is a huge success and that all arrangements are in place.

BSP has announced 55 candidates from different constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir. The polls in the state will begin on Nov 25.
