Markets open on higher note
Mumbai, Feb 26: The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) on Friday opened on a positive note during the morning session of the trade.
The Sensex of the BSE after opening at 23,141.08 points touched a high of 23,227.91 points and a low of 23,132.35 points.

On Thursday the Sensex closed at 22,976 points.
The Sensex is trading at 23,148.52 points, up by 172.52 points, or 0.75 percent.
The broader 50-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 7,039.30 points after closing at 6,970.60 points on Thursday.
The Nifty is trading at 7,030.85 points in the morning.
