Maoist chief Ganpathy spotted in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, Nov 7: There is a huge breakthrough in the pre-poll election time as Maoist chief Ganpathy was spotted in Abujhmad in Chhattisgarh. The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a red alert of a possible Naxal attack between November 8 and 10.

Born in Beerpur village of Sarangapur mandal in Karimnagar district of Andhra Pradesh, he is a science graduate and a B.Ed degree holder. He moved to Warangal to persue higher education after deserting his job as a teacher in Karimnagar. There he met with other Naxals, which when he decided to join the movement in the country.

Most wanted in the Indian security forces, the maoist is responsible for several Naxal activities. The NIA has announced an award of Rs 1,500,000 for any information leading to his arrest.
