According to the reports, Dr Manmohan Singh was rushed to AIIMS emergency ward after complaints of shortness in breathing, and nearly, after an hour, doctors of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) confirmed Former PM's death.
Dr Manmohan Singh was not just a politician but a great economist, who reformed India's economy.
Manmohan Singh was also popular for his poetic style, through which, he gave befitting replies and dodged many questions.

In another incident, inside the Parliament, when BJP leader Sushma Swaraj attacked former PM Manmohan Singh saying "Tu Idhar udhar Ki Baat Na Kar, Yeh Bata Kafila Luta Kaise", (Please stop beating around the bush, and address the real issue), to which, Manmohan Singh replied "Mana Ki Mai Teri Deed Kay Nahi Kabil, Tu Mera Shaunkh Dekh, Mera Intezar Dekh." (I accept that I am not as great as you, but see my interest and patience).
Congress' Reaction on Dr Manmohan Singh's Demise:
Expressing condolences, Delhi Congress in a post on X, said, "The demise of renowned economist and former Prime Minister of the country, respected Manmohan Singh ji is an irreparable loss to Indian politics. May God give peace to the departed soul and strength to his family to bear this sorrow. The Delhi Congress family pays homage to the memories of respected Manmohan ji and expresses gratitude for his contribution to nation building. Om Shanti."
