Former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda expressed sorrow over the death of ex-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, highlighting his pivotal role in transforming India's economic landscape. RIP," Gowda posted on X.

Manmohan Singh, known for his significant contributions to India's economic reforms, passed away in New Delhi at 92. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, announced his death after he was admitted to the Emergency ward around 8:30 PM in critical condition.

My heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. May his soul rest in eternal peace," he added.
