Man Fatally Stabbed in Kushinagar While Reporting Harassment Complaint to Police
A man, aged 42, was fatally stabbed in a village in Kushinagar district. He was on his way to lodge a complaint against local youths for harassment, police reported on Tuesday.

Satish Yadav was allegedly attacked by Satyam Tiwari and Shivam Tiwari. This incident occurred while he was heading to the police station with his elder brother, Vijay, to report ongoing harassment of his niece by the accused.
Police Investigation and Arrests
An FIR has been filed at Kasya Police Station against the Tiwari brothers and their father, Anand Tiwari. This action followed a complaint lodged by Vijay Yadav. Anand Tiwari is currently in custody, but Satyam and Shivam remain at large, according to an officer.
Kushinagar Additional Superintendent of Police Ritesh Kumar Singh stated that efforts are underway to apprehend the accused individuals. "My brother will never come back, but I want the culprits to receive severe punishment so that we get justice," Vijay Yadav expressed.
Family's Ordeal and Background
Satish Yadav is survived by three children: Anushka, 12; Kritika, 10; and Yuvraj, who is 18 months old. He owned a fertiliser shop. His niece had previously informed her family about being repeatedly harassed by Satyam Tiwari during her school commute.
Despite Vijay's earlier attempts to confront Satyam and resolve the issue, the harassment persisted. This led the brothers to seek police intervention, according to police sources.
The investigation continues as authorities work to bring those responsible to justice. The family hopes for a resolution that ensures safety and accountability in their community.
