Man Falls to Death from Terrace in Northwest Delhi; Police Investigate Circumstances Surrounding Incident

A 25-year-old man named Bhavishya died after allegedly falling from a house terrace in Adarsh Nagar, northwest Delhi. Police have stated that no evidence of foul play has been found so far. However, Bhavishya's family has expressed doubts about the circumstances of his death, prompting a detailed investigation.

According to police, Bhavishya was brought to Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital by a friend on Sunday evening and was declared dead by doctors. Initial findings indicate that he fell from the terrace. Despite this, his family suspects possible foul play involving his friends, leading to a thorough inquiry.

Investigation and Video Evidence

A video clip has emerged showing one of Bhavishya’s friends talking on the phone with Lalit Rawat, the house owner where the incident occurred. In the video, Rawat allegedly claims a scuffle ensued after Bhavishya tried to choke him. The police are examining this clip as part of their investigation.

At the time of the incident, four youths were present on the terrace. They have been identified as Lalit, 21; Nitesh Tomar, 19; Nitesh’s cousin Kanishk; and Vansh, 18. These individuals are mutual friends and were with Bhavishya when he fell.

Ongoing Investigation and Family Concerns

The police officer involved in the case mentioned that all angles are being explored. The video clip is under scrutiny, and any leads will be pursued after proper verification. Despite initial findings showing no foul play, Bhavishya's family remains suspicious of his friends' involvement.

Authorities have stated that further action will depend on the post-mortem report and completion of necessary inquiries. A senior police officer noted that current allegations by the family appear unfounded based on preliminary investigations.

The investigation continues as officials await more information to determine if any foul play was involved in Bhavishya's tragic death.
