Man crushed to death under Delhi Metro train
It is not clear if it was a suicide bid or the man fainted and accidentally fell on the track.
New Delhi, Mar 8: A 55-year-old man was crushed to death after he came under a Delhi Metro train on Wednesday. Officials said the incident occurred at the Janakpuri West station at about 10:40 am when the man, identified as Narender Singh, 55, fell on the track when a train was rolling in at platform number 1.

They said Singh was crushed under the train and was killed on the spot. However, they said it is not clear if it was a suicide bid or the man fainted and accidentally fell on the track. The CISF and the Delhi Metro authorities rushed him to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival, they added. The police is probing the incident, they said.
