Mamta Kulkarni Hits Back At Baba Ramdev, Baba Bageshwar Who Questioned Her Getting 'Mahamandleshwar' Title
Bollywood actor turned spiritual leader, Mamta Kulkarni has hit back at Baba Ramdev and Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham after they put a question mark on her getting Mahamandleshwar's title.
During a TV show, Aap Ki Adalat, Mamta Kulkarni said she meditated for as many years as his (Dhirendra Krishna Shastri's) age."

"Dhirendra Shastri is just a naive boy. I have meditated for as long as he has been alive-25 years. I suggest he ask his guru about who I am and stay silent," she said.
She also suggested Baba Ramdev to fear of Mahakal and Mahakali.
Baba Ramdev had also questioned the process of her getting Mahamandleshwar title. "One does not attain sainthood in a day; it requires years of rigorous penance. Nowadays, I see people being randomly given the title of Mahamandaleshwar. This is not how it works," Baba Ramdev had said.
The controversy sparked after founder of Kinnar Akhada Rishi Ajay Das expelled both Mamta Kulkarni and Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Lakshmi Narayan Tripathi from the Akhada. This decision followed allegations that Tripathi appointed Kulkarni without consulting the founder.
Mamta's journey from Bollywood fame in the 1990s to her spiritual transformation has been tumultuous. Her unexpected return to India and swift rise in spiritual circles have raised eyebrows due to her controversial past.
Once known for her bold photoshoots and involvement in a drug case, Mamta's transition to a yogini has been met with scepticism by some. Her past continues to shadow her current spiritual endeavours. He bank accounts were also freeze, which were said to be a reason, she started a new life.
