Mamata Banerjee pens devotional song for 'Maa' Durga
Kolkata, Oct 13: Ahead of the Durga Puja festivities, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee penned a song devoted to the Goddess.
"Maa or Mother symbolises universal love, affection and well-being of one and all.
Her blessings enlighten our lives with joy and happiness. I have penned a song 'Maa Go Tumi Sarbojonin' on the universal Mother," Banerjee posted on Facebook. "Mother is always universal.
My theme of the lyrics is to highlight that," she said and posted a video of the song on the social networking site.
