Mamata Banerjee's Rakesh Roshan Remarks After Chandrayaan-3 Landing Goes Viral
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee once again grabbed the limelight for her remarks over the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the lunar surface. The West Bengal CM while addressing a speech asserted "When Rakesh Roshan reached the Moon, Indira Gandhi asked him how India looked from there."
This came just after the Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) Chandrayaan-3 made a successful landing on the south pole of the lunar surface. Banerjee congratulated the entire team of ISRO for its enormous success. However, she got confused with astronaut Rakesh Sharma with film producer Rakesh Roshan.

Her remarks, "I remember when they reached the moon, Indira Gandhi asked Rakesh Roshan how India looked from there, for space," spread like fire on the internet. Reacting to hilarious remarks netizens shared hilarious memes.
A netizen wrote, "Mamata Banerjee When did Rakesh Roshan land on the moon? And u want her to be PM?" while another commented, "Another PM hopeful with a bundle of knowledge - When Rakesh Roshan landed on the moon Indira Gandhi asked Rakesh Roshan, how is India looking from there."
Not only Mamata Banerjee, but Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was also in the spotlight after he failed to understand the question of the media who intended to ask about the landing of Chandrayaan-3 and had to take the help of another minister.
Meanwhile, the entire nation rejoices in the historic landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the south pole of the lunar surface. Prime Minister Narendra Modi who witnessed the landing of Chandrayaan-3 virtually from South Africa, congratulated the entire team of ISRO for the massive success and conveyed best wishes for the upcoming projects.
