Mamata Banerjee greets people on Eid-Ul-Fitre and Ratha Yatra
Kolkata, July 17: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today extended warm greetings to the people on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitre and Ratha Yatra festivals.
"Eid-Ul-Fitre will be celebrated tomorrow. Eid Mubarak to all my brothers and sisters in advance," Banerjee said in a Facebook post adding "May Allah fulfil your wishes and grant you peace and prosperity."

Earlier, the Chief Minister attended the last Iftar of the holy month of Ramzan at Garden Reach area in the metropolis and said "With the end of fasting of the holy month of Ramzan, there begins the promotion of peace, prosperity and brotherhood among the human race."
"I convey my warm greetings also to the people in advance on the eve of Ratha Yatra festival tomorrow. May the festival bring in peace and prosperity," Banerjee said.
