Malayalam actress allegedly kidnapped, molested; one held

In a shocking incident, a popular Malayalam actress alleged kidnap and molestion by three men on Friday.

Cochin, Feb 18: A popular Malayalam actress has filed a complaint of kidnapping and molestation against three persons with the Cochin police in Kerala. In her complaint, the multi-lingual actress alleged that she was kidnapped on Friday night while returning from her shoot in Ernakulam by the driver of her car along with two others.

The prime accused, Sunil, is still at large and is said to have worked for her as a driver for months. Last night, when she was returning in a car being driven by a driver arranged by Sunil, two others allegedly forced themselves into the vehicle.

The actress alleged that the trio drove around with her in the car for almost two hours and molested her, forced her to pose to pictures and then dropped her off at around 10 pm at a friend's house.

The shaken actress filed a complaint with the police after disclosing her traumatic experience to her friend following which one of the drivers was arrested. The search is on for the others.
