Malayalam actor Rekha Mohan found dead in Thrissur

Malayalam actor Rekha Mohan was found in her apartment at Thrissur, Kerala on Saturday.

Thrissur, Nov 13: Malayalam actor Rekha Mohan was found in her apartment at Thrissur, Kerala on Saturday. Kerala police say that the death could have occurred two days back.

According to reports, the police broke into Rekha's apartment after her husband complained that he was unableto get in touch with her for the past two days.

Known for her roles in films like Udyanapalakan, Yathramozhi and Ne Varuvolam, Rekha has also made appearences in television serials such as Mayamma' .

Her body has reportedly been sent to Thrissur Medical College for a post mortem. The cause of her death is yet to be ascertained.

Viyyur police have registered a case to probe the actor's death.
