Major Change In Ladakh: 5 New Districts Created - What This Means For The Region

List of New Districts

The five newly created districts are:

• Nubra
• Sham
• Changthang
• Zanskar
• Drass

These areas were earlier part of larger districts but will now function independently for better governance.
