Mahindra Cars After GST Slashed: Prices Drop by Up to ₹1.56 Lakh, Check Full List

Mahindra on Friday announced a price cut of up to ₹1.56 lakh on its passenger vehicles starting September 6, a move expected to benefit customers ahead of the festive season. The announcement follows the GST Council's decision earlier this week to reduce tax rates on several goods, including vehicles.

The Mumbai-based automaker said it would pass on the entire GST reduction benefit on its cars and SUVs to customers, with the revised prices taking effect from September 6, 2025.

The XUV3XO Diesel enjoys the highest benefit at ₹1.56 lakh, followed by the Scorpio-N at ₹1.45 lakh and the XUV700 at ₹1.43 lakh. The XUV3XO Petrol gets a benefit of ₹1.40 lakh, while the Thar 2WD Diesel and Thar Roxx see reductions of ₹1.35 lakh and ₹1.33 lakh respectively. The Bolero/Neo receives a benefit of ₹1.27 lakh, whereas the Thar 4WD Diesel and Scorpio Classic record the lowest savings of ₹1.01 lakh each.

With Mahindra SUVs now cheaper by ₹1.01-₹1.56 lakh, the revised pricing is expected to drive stronger demand, especially for popular models such as the XUV3XO (Diesel), Scorpio-N, and XUV700, which offer the highest savings.
