Fadnavis noted Singh's role in economic reforms and his decade-long service as PM, stating these achievements will be remembered.

Sharad Pawar described Singh as a visionary reformer and global statesman. "Deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Dr Manmohan Singh, former Prime Minister of India. Our nation has lost one of its greatest economists, a visionary reformist, and a global statesman," said Pawar. He added that Singh's legacy will inspire future generations.

"Probably one of those people in India, who have had a huge impact on our lives, and the country at large," Thackeray noted.
Legacy of Reform
NCP leader Praful Patel praised Singh's transformative economic policies. "His visionary economic policies reshaped the destiny of millions and set India on a path of growth and stability," Patel stated. He reflected on working with Singh and witnessing his dedication to the nation.
Senior Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat highlighted Singh's significant contributions to India's strength on the global stage. Thorat mentioned initiatives like Aadhaar, direct benefit transfer, and right to food legislation as courageous decisions by Singh.
Personal Tributes
Former Congress leader Ashok Chavan recalled financial support from Singh during his tenure as chief minister. Chavan appreciated the assistance for infrastructure development in Nanded for Guru Da Gaddi celebrations.
