Maharashtra election results: Exit Polls go wrong while predicting BJP's fate

Despite such results, it also have been proved that exit poll results, which were based on post-poll survey, have gone wrong in deciding the BJP's fortunes in Maharashtra. Though exit poll results should be given a Perfect 10 while considering their prediction about BJP in Haryana.
All exit polls had rightfully predicted that BJP would emerge the single-largest party but unlike the predictions, the party did not manage to get the magic figure 145 which is required to form government in Maharashtra.
Today's Chanakya had given the BJP 151 seats. But the BJP is not likely to cross 120-122 seats, clearly short of at least 25 seats required to get a simple majority.
ABP-Nielsen had given BJP 127 seats while C-Voter/India TV predicted 129. India News-Axis was somewhat closer having predicted 103 for the national party.
