Mahakumbh 2025: Actor Anupam Kher Takes Holy Dip In Sangam

Anupam Kher arrived in Prayagraj to partake in the ongoing Mahakumbh Mela. The actor shared a video on social media, capturing his holy dip at Triveni Sangam. In the footage, he is seen chanting mantras and offering prayers, describing this as an 'emotional' moment that made his life feel 'successful'.

Alongside the video, Anupam Kher expressed his emotions in Hindi. The translation reads, "Life became successful by bathing Ganga in Mahakumbh! For the first time, chanted mantras where Maa Ganga, Jamuna ji and Saraswati ji meet! Tears flowed while praying. Coincidentally, this happened one year ago today during Pran Pratishthan in Ayodhya! Hail to Sanatan religion."

Anupam Kher's Spiritual Experience

Upon arriving in Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh Mela, Anupam Kher spoke briefly with news agency ANI. He expressed his enthusiasm for participating in such a spiritual gathering. "I am here to participate in this spiritual gathering. It feels so good to see people from all walks of life here," he stated.

Kher also praised the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for organising the festival responsibly and safely. During the event on Wednesday, CM Yogi Adityanath also took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam.
