Madhya Pradesh School Turns Battleground As Principal, Librarian Come To Blows: 'Madam, How Dare You' | WATCH

A school in Madhya Pradesh's Khargone district descended into chaos when a heated argument between the principal and the librarian turned violent, resulting in the two women slapping and pulling each other's hair in full view of students.

The incident occurred at Eklavya Adarsh School, around 300 kilometres from state capital Bhopal, and has since gone viral online.

Both women have been dismissed from their positions, and police complaints have been lodged by each party.

In the now-viral video, the two are seen engaged in a loud altercation. The librarian begins filming the confrontation on her mobile phone, prompting the principal to lose her temper. She slaps the librarian, snatches the phone, and throws it to the floor.

"Madam, how dare you? How could you slap me?" the librarian asks, visibly upset about her damaged phone.

The principal then picks up the device and hurls it again, smashing it further.

"How could you break my phone? How dare you slap me?" the librarian demands.

As the situation escalates, the principal begins recording the librarian on her own phone. In response, the librarian slaps the principal on the arm, sparking a full-blown physical altercation. The librarian is seen tugging at the principal's stole, while the principal retaliates, striking her repeatedly. "How dare you touch me?" the librarian shouts. The principal responds by claiming self-defence.

The two continue to grab each other's hair and throw punches while a child in the background can be heard pleading, "Mumma, let it go."

Eventually, a woman calmly intervenes, asking them to step back. No one else in the vicinity attempts to stop the fight.

Both women have now been moved to the office of Assistant Commissioner Prashant Arya pending further action.

Reactions online have been divided. Some referred to the scene as a "catfight", while others praised the woman who stepped in to end the scuffle.

"She's the real hero. The other two may be educated, but she's clearly the wisest," commented one user on X.

Opinions on who was to blame also varied. One user felt the librarian provoked the situation by filming it, writing, "She got what was coming. This TikTok culture has made people treat everything like content."

Others blamed the principal, with one man remarking, "She was overly aggressive and acted like a thug. Someone with that temper doesn't deserve to be a principal."
