Of these, projects valued at Rs 219.00 crore have been diligently completed, while work on the remaining projects worth Rs 549.10 crore is progressing steadily. These projects encompass crucial infrastructure developments, including the Integrated Command and Control Centre, an all-weather indoor swimming pool, LED streetlights, surface water supply enhancements, and efficient solid waste management systems. Addressing Long-Pending Infrastructure Needs

In a move that will provide much-needed relief to Ludhiana residents, Chief Minister Mann announced the commencement of re-carpeting work on a 16-kilometer stretch of Rahon Road, extending from Khawajke village to Mattewara. This project, which has been pending for 15 years, will finally be undertaken in the coming days, with tenders already allotted. Additionally, the government plans to install 1,500 streetlights and CCTV cameras in each assembly constituency of Ludhiana, bolstering public safety and security.
