In a significant development in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh on November 9th, local authorities took decisive action following an audacious daylight robbery. The incident involved the theft of Rs. 8.5 lakh from a businessman's cashier near the Inspector General of Police’s office.

The local police chief responded swiftly to this brazen act of crime by suspending three policemen and initiating an inquiry into the matter, according to official sources. The victim of this daring heist was businessman Kapil Agarwal's cashier Sharad Saxena who was robbed near the IGP office located in Bareilly's kotwali area. This incident drew intense scrutiny from senior law enforcement officials due to its audacity and timing.
Senior Officials Respond
