Lok Sabha Pre Poll Survey: How Many Seats Will BJP Win In Tamil Nadu? Find Out In This Opinion Poll

The pre-poll survey conducted for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 in Tamil Nadu suggests a significant advantage for the INDIA bloc. According to the Mood of the Nation poll conducted by the India Today Group, the INDIA bloc is poised for a complete sweep, expected to secure victory on all 39 Lok Sabha seats in the state. This projection indicates a formidable lead for the coalition over other political alliances.

Furthermore, the opinion poll indicates that the Opposition alliance is expected to garner approximately 47 per cent of the vote share, while the BJP-led NDA is projected to receive around 15 per cent of the votes in Tamil Nadu.

It's important to note that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin's party, DMK, is part of the INDIA bloc, which further strengthens its position in the state.

Despite these projections, the Lok Sabha Pre-poll survey also highlights the historical challenges faced by the NDA in Tamil Nadu, as evidenced by its failure to secure any Lok Sabha seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The survey suggests that the NDA may continue to struggle in the state during the upcoming elections.

However, it's essential to bear in mind that these survey results are based on data collected between December 15, 2023, and January 28, 2024. Therefore, recent political developments and changes in alliance arithmetic may not be fully reflected in these findings.
