Lok Sabha Pre-Poll Survey: Can Congress Turn The Tables In Haryana? Check This Opinion Poll
Ahead of Lok Sabha elections in Haryana, a pre-poll survey conducted by Lok Poll suggests that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is likely to secure 6-7 seats out of a total of 10, while the Indian National Congress (INC) is projected to win 3-4 seats.
One of the key factors influencing voter sentiment is the ongoing farmers' protest and the Agnipath scheme, which is expected to work in favor of the INC, particularly in the Jat belt. The survey indicates that there is growing resentment against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) due to these issues.

Despite a recent change in Chief Minister, with a new leader appointed just two months before the elections, the survey suggests that this move is unlikely to significantly help the BJP overcome anti-incumbency sentiments against the state government. These sentiments are expected to have spillover effects on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Another significant trend highlighted in the survey is the shifting allegiance of Jat and Scheduled Caste (SC) voters towards the INC in the Deshwal belt. The removal of Mahonar Lal Khattar from the post of Chief Minister is expected to further boost INC's prospects among Punjabi voters.
Key issues influencing voter behavior in Haryana include drug use among youth, increased unemployment, and the lack of job opportunities. These factors are likely to play a crucial role in shaping the outcome of the upcoming elections.
