Lok Sabha Polls 2024: INDIA Bloc Set To Sweep All 20 Seats In Kerala, Says India Today's MOTN Report
In Left-ruled Kerala, a clean sweep is projected to be made by the INDIA bloc, with all 20 Lok Sabha seats up for grabs, according to the India Today Mood of the Nation (MOTN) poll.
This prediction indicates a robust support base for the newly formed opposition alliance in the state.

INDIA bloc set to sweep all 20 seats in Kerala: India Today
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, 19 out of 20 seats in the southern state were swept by the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA). The Mood of the Nation's February 2024 edition is based on a survey of 35,801 respondents in all Lok Sabha seats, conducted between December 15, 2023, and January 28, 2024, as per India Today's survey.
An impressive 78 per cent of the vote share is likely to be netted by the INDIA bloc, albeit a slight decrease from last time when the UPA secured 83 per cent votes.
On the other hand, despite its vigorous efforts to establish a presence in Kerala, the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will likely face an uphill battle. Similar to the outcome of the last election, the NDA is projected to go empty-handed in the southern state.
However, there is a silver lining for the alliance as their vote share is expected to rise to 17 per cent, up from 15 per cent in 2019, indicating a gradual increase in their influence among the electorate, reported India Today.
