Lok Sabha Election Opinion Poll: Will BJP Repeat 2019 Performance In Rajasthan? Check India TV-CNX Predictions

A pridiction was made by an opinion poll conducted by India TV-CNX that the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is likely to replicate its performance from the 2019 elections in Rajasthan, securing victory in all 25 seats in the state.

Conversely, the Congress party may once again face a scenario where it fails to secure any seats in the upcoming polls.

BJP to dominate Hadoti, Mewar regions in Rajasthan

This forecast highlights a continuation of the political landscape seen in the previous elections. The opinion poll further suggests that the BJP is poised to dominate across various regions of Rajasthan.

Specifically, it indicates that the BJP is expected to lead in all 7 Lok Sabha seats within the Hadoti region and all 8 Lok Sabha seats in the Mewar region of the state. Additionally, the poll projects that BJP's Devendra Jhajharia may emerge victorious over Congress candidate Rahul Kaswan in Rajasthan's Churu constituency.

Regarding the Lok Sabha Elections, the Election Commission announced that the voting process will occur in multiple phases. The first phase, scheduled for April 19, will witness 102 constituencies going to polls, followed by 89 constituencies in the second phase on April 26. Subsequent phases will take place on May 7, May 13, May 20, May 25, and June 1.
