Lok Sabha election 2014 results will be out by 4 pm: CEC
"The preparatory work will start as early as 5 am but the counting of votes will begin at 8 am at around 989 counting centers all across the country", he said.
According to a report, "the trends will be in by 11 am but the clear picture will be known by 4 pm."
The returning officers will be given the constituency-wise posting lists by 6 am at the counting centers.
The final results are noted on a "Form 20" sheet that contains "station-wise votes polled by each candidate".
The contesting candidate will also be allowed to be present at the counting center, but without his/ her security guards.
