Users attempting to watch videos were met with an error message and options to retry or seek help, which proved ineffective for many.

With the outage occurring amidst the India vs. England 3rd ODI, cricket enthusiasts were left in a lurch, as many rely on Disney+ Hotstar for live match coverage. As a result, some viewers turned to traditional TV broadcasts and radio commentary, while others missed out on the live action entirely.
