Let us discuss JNU’s research work than Army tank issue: Union Minister
Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development Mahendra Nath Pandey wants discussions on ‘good research work coming out of DU’
Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development Mahendra Nath Pandey dubbed the controversy over demand to place a decommissioned tank in the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) premises as "meaningless".

"It is better if you discuss the good research works that come out of JNU. These discussions are meaningless," Pandey told media persons here on the sidelines of an Assocham event.
JNU vice chancellor M Jagadesh Kumar had on Monday said that "presence of an Army tank will constantly remind students of the great sacrifice and the valour of Indian Army and defence forces".
