Leander Paes accused of domestic violence

, June 23: The relationship between model Rhea Pillai and ace tennis player

is turning from bad to worse. Estranged now, one of the ex-live-in partners-Rhea-filed a case of

and harassment against Paes and his father in a local metropolitan court.

Paes' advocate Pervez Memon said,"Pillai has filed a case of domestic violence against Paes, his father Vece Paes and has sought monthly maintenance of about Rs. four lakh." Filed on Saturday, the case is likely to come up for hearing on June 30.

In her complaint, Pillai stated that Paes's father prevented her and her daughter from entering the Carter Road residence. She has also sought blocking of any transfer of property to any "third party".

Last month, Paes had filed a "a guardianship petition" in the family court, seeking the permanent custody of his daughter from Pillai.
