Ku*#e Ki Au#*d: FIITJEE Chairman DK Goel Abuses Employees During Zoom Meeting

A video featuring DK Goel, the chairman of FIITJEE, has stirred controversy. The clip allegedly shows him using abusive language towards employees during a Zoom meeting. FIITJEE, known for preparing students for the IIT JEE, has recently faced criticism over delayed salaries and claims of a toxic work environment.

In the viral video, Goel is seen on a call with several centre heads. A staff member from Thane asked a question that reportedly angered Goel. The situation worsened when the employee mentioned that the information was publicly available.

Viral Video Sparks Outrage

The video gained traction on Instagram after being posted by Dalimss News on December 1. The caption read: "FIITJEE Chairman D.K. Goel faces allegations of using abusive language during salary disputes with employees. A concerning reflection on workplace ethics and employee treatment."

A longer version of the clip was uploaded to YouTube. During the meeting, someone from Thane questioned FIITJEE Edfora's investment of 142 crore in another Edtech company amid financial turbulence.

Allegations of Abusive Language

Upon hearing this, Goel reportedly lost his temper and lashed out at the employee, saying, "Useless people… what kind of shit people are these? You know name of your father, the person who has written this? Nonsense. Go ask your mother who your father is. Nonsense people. Why don't you talk about Adani investing so much money?"

He further demanded to know who the person was and instructed them to be removed from Mumbai. During this outburst, someone suggested he calm down and address any misinformation politely.

Calls for Accountability

Despite attempts to defuse the situation, Goel continued his tirade, calling the individual "bastards" and stating that "indecency ki hadd hai (this is the limit of indecency) whoever is this person I don't want to see him in FIITJEE."

This incident has raised questions about workplace culture at FIITJEE and how employees are treated during disputes over salaries and other issues.

The video has sparked widespread discussion about leadership conduct and employee rights within organisations like FIITJEE.
